I personally think that hand made gifts are the most precious, and are always treasured more so (for me) than brought gifts. The love, attention to detail, and so forth that goes into 'any' hand-crafted gift on its own is priceless!
Oops, forgot to put in what I make for gifts. I do a lot of crazy quilting, embroidery/embellishing on fabric and love making heirloom treasures for friends and family - not men though!! :-)
but soon, I'll add scrap-booking too.
